The Institute of Aikido Winter School 2024 was attended by some 25 Aikidoka from Slough, Livingston and The Hut, plus members of other associations.

Aikidoka from The Hut and Slough Centre Aikido got together at The Hut Dojo in Uxbridge for a Training Session to commemorate Sensei Haydn Foster, the founder of the Institute of Aikido, who died in February 2011. The session was led by his grandson, Sensei Paul Foster-Dent.

Congratulations to Janet and Rod Davis on being awarded their 4th Dans at the IoA Winter School in March 2024.

Congratulations to Jake, Joe and Tony Sandell on being awarded their 5th Kyu Yellow Belts on 15 July 2024.

Congratulations go to Tanith Barry, one of the instructors at The Hut Dojo, who was awarded her Third Dan Grade at the Institute of Aikido Summer School in August 2024.
