SENSEI FOSTER MEMORIAL TRAINING SESSION:

Every year Sensei Paul Foster-Dent holds a Training Session at The Hut Dojo in Hillingdon in memory of his grandfather, Sensei Haydn Foster, for members of The Institute of Aikido. Dan grades from The Hut and Slough Centre Aikido, including Sensei William Timms of the IoA Governing Board, demonstrated various techniques, many of which had a special link to Sensei Foster himself. This is the video of the 2020 Memorial Training Session which took place on 10 February.
